Can I use my eyeglass prescription for contact lenses?
Glasses and contact lenses will have different prescriptions. This is mainly due to the fact that contact lenses are positioned directly on your eye, while your eyeglasses sit further away.

Does ContactsDirect accept vision insurance for contact lenses?
Absolutely. Contacts Direct accepts most major insurance plans as an in-network provider and is an out-of-network provider for many others. We can check your plan to see what savings you are eligible for and process most benefits online.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods, such as:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Affirm and Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept checks or cash on delivery (COD) at this time.

Can you use FSA (flexible spending account) for contact lenses?
Absolutely. When you reach the “Payment” page, just use your FSA card as you would any other credit card. If you don’t have an FSA card, you can purchase products using a regular credit card and submit the invoice for reimbursement.

How long after I order should I expect for my contacts to be shipped?
Once you place your order, we will either call your doctor to verify your prescription or verify the prescription you uploaded. After it has been verified, we will ship your order to you.

Returning products
If a product is found unsatisfactory within 6 months of receipt, unopened boxes of lenses or solutions can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please note, to receive a full credit on returned product, the boxes must be unopened, undamaged, and not defaced in any way including writing on boxes.
